Are there any joining fees?

Alphabet Kidz are regulated by the Department of Trade and Industry and do not charge a joining or registration fee. However, whilst there are no fees to be represented by the agency we do require the child/model to cover the costs of setting up and creating the child/model’s portfolio on the agency’s online ‘website’ publication. The total fee of £117.50 is due upon signature of the agency’s terms and conditions at the time of accepting your contract with us and includes a photo shoot with our agency photographer. The agency reserves the right to charge an additional fee for larger publications such as catalogues, CD ROMs and casting books should you wish to be included in any such future publications.

Alphabet Kidz are regulated by the Department of Trade and Industry and do not charge a joining or registration fee.  However, whilst there are no fees to be represented by the agency we do require the baby/model to cover the costs of setting up and creating the baby/model’s portfolio on the agency’s online ‘website’ publication. The total fee of £75.00 will last baby up until they are a toddler and they reach 3 years old. This is due upon signature of the agency’s terms and conditions at the time of accepting your contract with us. The agency reserves the right to charge an additional fee for larger publications such as catalogues, CD ROMs and casting books should you wish to be included in any such future publications.

Are there any other fees?

Updates to the child/model’s online ‘website’ portfolio are carried out free of charge all year round with measurements and skills which you will have to provide us with every 4 months. If you are sent a renewal letter offering for your child to stay with the agency for another year at then end of your year's contract this will include a new photo shoot which will be organized for you at this time so we have new shots for the model/child’s portfolio. It is imperative that we have up to date pictures of your child at all times for our clients and it will be necessary to have these taken each year, or sooner if their looks should change considerably including teeth and hair. You will be assessed by the agency each year so we can make sure your child is still keen to be involved in performance related work; to assess their personality and development each year and to talk through their experiences so far.  This allows us to know you both personally when representing you to our clients and will save us sending you to auditions/castings or bookings that are not suitable. Children can change each year and those that were once outgoing and enthusiastic can become shy and quiet and vice versa so we it is necessary for us to meet you again to assess them upon renewing their contract with us. The renewal fee of £117.50 will include a new photo shoot with the agency photographer, and a free 5-10 minute assessment at the photo shoot.
